I feel this movie left a big sign in my mind, when I was a kid.
I was only 5 or 6 years old when I saw this movie in television.
I remember I was at home and there was a thunderstorm at that time.
I can never forget that scene, when the big robot came down, slowly,
from the flying disk and stopped in front of it. He looked so
powerful to me. Then, a laser beam came out from his visor. I was
really glued on the screen when, in the middle of this scene, the
electricity went off, may be for the thunderstorm. It stayed off for
a few minutes, but for me it was an eternity. I was made. When the
light came on, the robot was gone and I always left with the desire
to see it again. Since I didn't know the title of the movie, I
never saw that scene again. After 35 years, I finally found the
movie on the web. I recognized the picture of the robot near the
flying disk. I hope to see this movie soon.
