Giuseppe Lipari is Associate Professor of Computer Engineering (scientific sector ING-INF/05) at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. He is part of the RETIS lab of the Center of Excellence for Information Information, Communication and Perception Engineering. He is Senior IEEE member, and associate editor of Journal of System Architecture. His research interests are in real-time systems, real-time operating systems, scheduling algorithms, embedded systems, wireless sensor networks.

He is proud father of two wonderful children.
