Those that know me a little bit, should know (by now) that I am (royally) pissed off about the crusade for indexes, performance measurement and determination of the quantitative impact of the research "products". I am fully in favor of working with the industry, but fully against the term products applied to the research outcome. Call me nostalgic, but I like so much the term findings or the mundane results. Without digressing, like it or not, as they say in the very nice movie ...
