We set-up a special issue of the Elsevier
Journal of Systems Architecture (JSA) where the authors of papers
appeared at WATERS 2011, as well as WATERS 2010, are particularly
encouraged to submit an extended version of their paper. However, the
submission is open to any one willing to contribute on topics as
mentioned in the workshop pages.
The topics of interest in the special issue mirror the list of topics
as published on the WATERS
2011 and WATERS
2010 websites.
The submitted papers will undergo a new review process.
