Reception
The reception will be hosted on Wednesday, July 4,
at 18:30, in the garden on the
Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna,
just outside the conference room, after the last session of the day.
Visit at the Leaning Tower
On Wednesday, July 4, after the Reception,
there will be a visit of the Leaning Tower, which is just at 5 minutes of walk
from the Scuola Sant'Anna. The visit takes about 30 minutes and will be organized
in groups of 25 people.
Visit at Piazza dei Miracoli
Piazza dei Miracoli is the highest expression of Pisan Romanesque art.
In addition to the Leaning Tower, other monuments deserve a visit, as
the Duomo, the Battistero and the Churchyard.
On Thursday, July 5, at 18:30,
there will be a guided tour of such monuments.
The visit takes about one hour.
The Banquet
On Thursday, July 5, after the visit
at Piazza dei Miracoli, a bus will leave at 20:00 from Piazza Manin
(just across the arch near the Battistero) to
Ristorante "Le Arcate", located in the beautiful countryside of the Province
of Pisa, inside the old walls of the wonderful Villa Poschi.
Here it is possible to enjoy typical Tuscan dishes, invented by Stefano.
